What happens after I subscribe?

After signing up, you will be added to your new project board within 1 business day. Once you have access, you can begin adding requests or other members of your team.


A member of our team will also be in contact to get access to your website and other platforms. After we get access to everything we need, we typically send your first monthly report 2-3 business days after that.

When do I get my monthly reporting?

We typically send your monthly reporting 1-3 business days after your subscription renews each month.

What is included in my monthly reporting?

Our monthly reporting includes all the information you need to run a successful Shopify store including: your overall store performance, SEO rankings, advertising performance, site speed scores, cyber security issues, fraud activity, DMARC reports, and SEO improvements. On top of that, our Shopify experts review all of the data that we report on to give you our personal insights and recommendations. Who does the work?

When you subscribe to any of our monthly services, you will get a dedicated project manager and a team of Shopify experts ready to support your online store across all of our services. You can learn more about us on or about page.

Can I subscribe for only one month then cancel my plan?

Of course! There are no fixed terms of contracts with our subscriptions. If you only want to use our services for one month, you can subscribe then cancel before your next billing cycle to get our full set of services for that month only.

Do you do work adhoc (one-off projects)?

We choose to do adhoc work at our discretion, but as a guideline please know we refuse projects less than $3,000 NZD+GST total unless you have an active subscription with us. Please get in contact with us via hello@14all.agency and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I use this service if I don't have a Shopify store?

We choose to work with non-Shopify clients at our discretion, please get in contact with us via hello@14all.agency and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

I have a custom theme, do you do theme upgrades to that?

We can do theme support, custom theme development, and fix issues with your custom theme as part of our allocated time each month. Theme upgrades are only supported for stores using a theme from the Shopify Theme Store.

What do you mean by unlimited meetings?

By this, we mean that you can book as many video calls with us as you like, subject to our availability, to get our consultation, go over new work, or review work in progress.

Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?

We haven't had anyone ask for a refund yet, but please do know that due to the high quality and time-intensive nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.

I have multiple brands, do I need more than one subscription?

Our reporting and ongoing management covers one website, if you have multiple brands, you will need another subscription to get reporting and management for those as well.

Can you come into our office to meet / do the work?

We exclusively work and handle meetings remotely.
